Page selections are visible on the contact sheet. Enter 3, 1-2 to put page 3 first. For named outputs, select pages, name the group and add it to the output plan. A page can be included in more than one output group.

Separate ranges or equal groups

Each comma-separated range can become its own PDF. Every page produces one-page PDFs; equal-size grouping creates consecutive chunks, with a shorter final file if needed. Multiple outputs are packaged into a ZIP with numbered file names to avoid collisions. A split job supports up to 200 files, 400 total output pages and 80 MB of generated files.

Supported documents

For predictable browser memory use, each file is limited to 40 MB and 200 pages. Merge supports up to 20 files, 80 MB combined and 300 assembled pages. Encrypted PDFs and interactive forms are not supported; use an unlocked, flattened copy. The tools copy page content rather than screenshotting it. Bookmarks, interactive form behavior and existing digital signature validation are not preserved.

Frequently asked questions

Can the output groups overlap?
Yes. A page may appear in several named groups. The plan lists the original page numbers for every output.
Can I reorder extracted pages?
Yes. The range field preserves the order entered, including repeated pages. Clicking a previously unselected page adds it to the end of the selection.
