Merge PDF Files

Build the document in the order it should be read. Review every page before combining.

Build one reading order

Choose pages from each source, then move individual pages into the final sequence.

Final page order

Your assembled PDF starts here

Page previews will show the source file and original page number.

Files stay in this browser session. Nothing is uploaded. Closing or clearing the tool removes the working document.

Runs entirely in your browser. Nothing you enter is uploaded.

How to use the Merge PDF

  1. Add PDFs and review the source list.
  2. Choose page ranges from each source or keep every page.
  3. Move or remove individual pages in the assembled sequence.
  4. Name the output, prepare the merged PDF and download your copy.

Merge just the PDF pages you need

The source list keeps each original file separate while the assembly board shows the final reading order. Choose a range such as 3, 1-2 to change the order from a source. The page cards show both the output position and original page number.

Review before combining

Use Move earlier, Move later and Remove on a page. Removing it changes only the assembly; applying the source range can add it again. Page content is copied into the new PDF so ordinary text remains selectable.

Supported documents

For predictable browser memory use, each file is limited to 40 MB and 200 pages. Merge supports up to 20 files, 80 MB combined and 300 assembled pages. Encrypted PDFs and interactive forms are not supported; use an unlocked, flattened copy. The tools copy page content rather than screenshotting it. Bookmarks, interactive form behavior and existing digital signature validation are not preserved.

Frequently asked questions

Can I combine only selected pages?
Yes. Enter a source range and apply it. Comma-separated pages and ranges appear in the order you enter them.
Does removing a page delete the original?
No. Original files stay unchanged. Clear assembly removes only this browser session’s working copy.
